~spoil btol~

Dear Siti Yusof,

It is now clear that due to the success of this year’s ‘A’ level candidates, Warwick will have a much higher new undergraduate intake than originally forecast and unfortunately we are not in a position to offer you campus accommodation for the 2009/10 academic year.

We have however contacted a private provider, Liberty Living, one of the fastest growing providers of student accommodation in the UK. They are able to offer you high quality accommodation at Liberty Park, a Hall of residence located in the Earlsdon area of Coventry. We are writing to approximately 145 new first year undergraduate Warwick students with information about Liberty Park.

Liberty Park offer:

• Over 420 single study bedrooms with en-suite facilities at £92.00 per week inclusive
• Accommodation arranged in 6 bedroom flats with a high quality fitted kitchen and dining area
• Free insurance
• 5 Star Accreditation from Coventry City Council

Liberty Park already provides accommodation to many returning Warwick students, and the Earlsdon area in general is popular with both Warwick and Coventry University students.

Facilities include:

• 24hr security with CCTV
• Car parking space availability (at a charge)
• Rooms with broadband internet access (free of charge)
• 5 minute walk from the no.12 Bus route serving the University campus
• On-site laundry
• Utility bills included

For further information about Liberty Park and for details on how to book your accommodation visit:

Or Call 024 76 497700 / 024 76 497701 / 024 76 497702

Warwick Accommodation has provided Liberty Park with your name and id number and they are aware that you will be contacting them.

To make your year as enjoyable as possible the University will:
• Request that Warwick first year students are offered a flat to be shared with other Warwick students
• Provide you with a free bus pass for the year
• Ensure that two Resident Tutors will also live at Liberty Park in order to offer support and advice to first year students outside normal office hours

Please also find attached a letter from the Students' Union regarding accommodation at Liberty Park.

Should you have any questions about the above arrangements, please contact Warwick Accommodation.

Yours sincerely

Matthew Scott
